Premium Version Features:

• Configurable tab switching based on tab history (up to 20 tabs)
• Advanced multi-window switching
• Automatic grouping functionality
• Custom grouping rules and patterns
• Enhanced Tab Organizer interface
• Quick Open Pages functionality
• Priority customer support
• Advanced keyboard shortcuts
• Cross-window organization capabilities

3. License Grant

Free Version License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the free version of AI Tab Master for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Premium Version License

Upon payment of the applicable membership fee, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Premium features. This license is:

• Valid for the subscription period purchased
• Limited to personal use on your own devices
• Non-transferable to other users or accounts
• Subject to membership token validation

4. Premium Features and Payments

Subscription Model

• Premium features are available through a subscription model
• Pricing and subscription terms are displayed during purchase
• Payments are processed securely through our payment processor

Membership Token Management

• Premium access is managed through secure JWT membership tokens
• Tokens are automatically generated and validated upon successful authentication
• Membership tokens automatically refresh to maintain continuous access
• Account credentials (email and password) are required for token validation
• Sharing, distributing, or providing unauthorized access to Premium accounts is prohibited
• We reserve the right to revoke membership access for accounts found in violation of these terms

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers
• We do not store payment information in the Extension
• All transactions are subject to the payment processor's terms
• Taxes may apply based on your location

5. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase

• Premium Membership Verification: We collect minimal personal information (email address) solely for Premium membership validation and purchase verification
• Browsing Data: No browsing history, tab content, or personal browsing data is collected or transmitted
• Settings Sync: User preferences may sync through Chrome's built-in sync service

• You can delete all Extension data by removing the Extension from Chrome
